Kentucky State Police Request Help Resolving Vickie Boggs Murder
Occurred on December 17, 1988 on Lemons Mill Road, Scott County, KY
On 12-17-88 the body of Vickie Boggs was found in a driveway of Highlander Farm on Lemons Mill Road in Scott County. She had been dead for a short period of time and the murder apparently occurred in the driveway. Evidence indicates that when the victim was pulled from a vehicle, pressure was applied to the side of her neck, causing several blood vessels to rupture causing her death.
