State Police Request Help Resolving Jane F. Elswick Murder - Remains found March 29, 1995

On Wednesday, March 29, 1995 the body of Jane Elswick was found along a creek in Menifee County, Kentucky. She had been stabbed to death. Ms. Elswick was from the Clay City area in Powell County.
