Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $300 Arrest

(Mayfield, KY) - On June 06, 2008 Adams Heating and Air reported a theft of copper wire. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that there had been similar disappearances of copper from their business. On June 08, 2008 Chad A Courtney was charged with two counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300. The investigation is continuing Trooper Eric Fields.
