Midland, KY (Muhlenberg County) - The Kentucky State Police investigated a single-vehicle, injury collision that occurred on KY 70, approximately four miles west of Midland, on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at 10:07 a.m.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Keith Gish, 45 of Central City, KY, was operating a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix westbound on KY 70.
