KSP Makes Two Arrest in Glendale Murder

(Glendale, KY.) - Kentucky State Police Post 04 investigators are working a murder case that they were alerted to on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at approximately 4:45 EST. KSP was notified of a possible deceased person located in a vehicle parked at the abandoned Glendale Children's Home located at 2125 Gilead Church Road in Glendale. Upon KSP arrival a deceased male was found in a vehicle and a death investigation was started. Once the victim was removed from the vehicle by the Hardin County Coroner it appeared that the victim had suffered a single gunshot wound to the head. With the assistance of KSP Post 03 Units, Two suspects were identified, located and interviewed. After further investigation, Octavio Fernandez Correa (24 of Munfordville) was charged with murder, Kidnapping, and Theft By Unlawful Taking (Auto). Mr. Correa's girlfriend, Jennifer Nicole Hodges (31 of Munfordville), was charged with Complicity to Murder, Complicity to Kidnapping, and Complicity to Theft By Unlawful Taking (Auto). Both suspects were lodged in the Hardin Co. Detention Center. Additional charges may be forthcoming and the case remains under investigation by Det. Chris Berry. KSP was assisted on the scene by the Hardin Co. Coroner and Hardin Co. EMS.
