Two Arrested on Drug Charges in Ohio County

(Henderson, KY) - Troopers, along with Ohio County Sheriff's Deputies, responded to an address on State Route 505 South in Cromwell, KY to execute an arrest warrant on James Forbes from a vehicle pursuit that occurred on September 10, 2015 in Ohio County. The investigation confirmed Forbes and his Wife Samantha Forbes were inside the residence. Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia and a concealed weapon were located. Forbes and his wife were both arrested without incident and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
James Forbes was charged with Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd degree (motor vehicle and on foot), Wanton Endangerment 1st degree (Police officer), Possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st and 2nd offense, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Tampering with physical evidence, carrying concealed deadly weapon, Failure to appear on two previous warrants, and multiple traffic violations.
Samantha Forbes was charged with Possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense, Possession of drug paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear on child support warrants.
