Injury Collision on KY 125 & KY 166 in Fulton County

(Hickory, Ky.) - On October 3, 2015 at approximately 12:47 A.M., David Reyna of Union City was traveling east bound on KY 125 approximately 2.5 miles from the intersection of KY 166. Mr. Reyna lost control of his vehicle, leaving the roadway and rolling over at least 1 time. Mr. Reyna was ejected from the vehicle through the driver side window. Mr. Reyna then fled the scene and hid in a nearby field. Trooper Hale with Kentucky State Police as well as Fulton Deputies Fultcher and Thomas arrived at the scene. After receiving verbal commands from the officers Mr. Reyna revealed himself and was taken into custody. Mr. Reyna was transported by Tri-City Ambulance Service to Lourdes Hospital where he was treated for multiple injuries.

Mr. Reyna is charged with the following; Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, Operating vehicle with expired operator's license, Failure of owner to maintain required insurance, Leaving the scene of an accident, and Failure to wear seat belt. The investigation is ongoing by Trooper Hale with Kentucky State Police.
