Two Subjects Wanted for Robbery in TN Arrested in Franklin

(Franklin, KY) - On Sunday, May 17, 2015 at approx. 8:21 pm the Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green was contacted by the Sumner County Sheriff's Office to assist in locating two subjects that were entered wanted for Robbery in Tennessee that were possibly at the Knight's Inn in Franklin, KY.
At approx. 10:08 pm Brandon Vitier (28) of Hendersonville, TN and Tera Sudduth (29) of Gallatin, TN were located and arrested for Fugitive From Another State for the warrants issued in Tennessee for Robbery. Both subjects were lodged in the Simpson County Jail where they await extradition to Tennessee.
Trooper First Class Brian Gann was the arresting officer and he was assisted by Trooper Daniel Priddy, Trooper Harrison Wells, Sergeant Daniel White, and the Simpson County Sheriff's Department.
