One Arrested at Carroll County Meth Lab

(Ghent, KY) - One person was arrested Friday August 14, 2015 after State Police received an anonymous tip of a meth lab in Ghent. Following up on the anonymous tip Troopers from KSP Post 5 went to the home at 1664 Stafford Ridge Road in Ghent. When they arrived they discovered 4 active meth labs and several individuals fleeing the scene. Crystal Rayborn, 30 of Ghent, was found after fleeing the residence and was arrested. She was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd on Foot, and Engaging in Organized Crime. Rayborn was transported and lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center. Warrants are being obtained for the other individuals that fled the scene.
Detective Josh Noble conducted the meth lab clean up. Trooper Barrett Brewer is leading the ongoing investigation and was assisted by Trooper Jerry Milam.
