Drug Arrest in Horse Branch, KY

Horse Branch, KY On October 19, 2016 Kentucky State Police responded to 3281 Sandefur Crossing Road in the community of Horse Branch to investigate a report of drug activity at this residence. At the residence Troopers located cultivated marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and firearms. John and Nathan Evans were arrested and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center. John Evans was charged with Cultivating Marijuana greater than five plants, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nathan Evans was served an indictment warrant out of Grayson County for drug related offenses.
