KSP Arrests Hickory, KY Man on Child Sexual Abuse Charges in Graves County

Hickory, Ky. (July 30, 2016) On July 7, 2016 Kentucky State Police received a call of a child that had been sexually abused.
On July 22, 2016, following a two week investigation, Thomas C. Elliott, 41, of Hickory, KY was arrested for sexual assault charges involving a minor child.
Elliott was charged with 3 counts of Rape 1st - victim under 12 (Class A Felony), 7 counts of Sodomy 1st - Victim under 12 (Class A Felony), and 2 counts of Use of a Minor under 16 in a Sexual Performance (Class B Felony).
Elliott was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
