Information Leads to Felony Arrest, Additional Charges, and Another Arrested

(Bowling Green, KY) - On Wednesday, February 4, 2016 at approx. 10:14 am Troopers Mike Hatler and Brett Coomes with the Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green responded to a residence on Matlock Road in Warren County to follow up on information received that there was a subject there wanted on felony charges out of Indiana.
Troopers made contact with a male subject there that initially gave a false name and information, but his true identity was obtained through investigation. Rivak Kalfus (49) of Louisville was arrested and charged with Fugitive From Another State for a Probation Violation warrant from Indiana for the initial charge of Possession of Cocaine. He also had an outstanding bench warrant from Jefferson County that was served charging him with the offense of Violation of EPO/DVO. Kalfus was also additionally charged with Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and Giving Officer False Name or Address and was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
Contact was also made at the residence with Christina Walker (34) of Bowling Green where it was discovered that she also had outstanding warrants from Allen County. She was arrested for the warrants charging her with two counts of Theft by Deception and was also lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
