KSP Post 2 Requests Assistance from the Public

One suspect has been identified as Emily D. Mitchell, 40, of Sacramento, KY. She has been arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking Under $500. She was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center. The other suspect in the video has also been identified. However, no criminal charges are pending.

Madisonville, KY (March 29, 2017) – The Kentucky State Police Post 2 is investigating two females who were involved in shoplifting merchandise from the Pilot Truck Stop on Free Henry Ford Road.
On Monday, March 20, 2017, two white females entered the Pilot Truck Stop and one female was observed concealing merchandise in an attempt to shoplift while the other purchased a drink and gas. Both women then left the store in a white four door passenger car with tinted windows.
KSP is requesting help in identifying the two women from the photos attached. Anyone with information is encouraged to call KSP Post 2 at 270-676-3313. Callers may remain anonymous.
