KSP Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest

Graham, KY (July 02, 2017) – A traffic stop conducted by Kentucky State Troopers resulted in the arrest of a Graham man.
On July 2, 2017, at 12:36 P.M., Troopers Jon McGehee and Jacob Fortney were patrolling on Firehouse Lane in Graham. They observed a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop on a 1992 Chevrolet Pickup Truck. It was confirmed that the operator of the vehicle, Stewart Johnathan Webster, 50, of Graham, was operating his vehicle on a suspended driver’s license. During the course of the traffic stop, Troopers located a bag of suspected methamphetamine.
Mr. Webster, the only occupant of the vehicle, was lodged at the Muhlenberg County Detention Center on the following charges:
- Operating on a Suspended Driver’s License
- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine.
