Elizabethtown Man Arrested

Date of News Release: 03/03/2008

(Frankfort, KY) - On March 1, 2008, Phillip Hartledge, age 41, of Elizabethtown, Ky., was arrested by the Elizabethtown Police Dept. as the result of a joint investigation with the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Section as part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Hartledge was charged with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. He was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center under a $25,000 bond. The investigation is continuing.
