State Police Request Help Resolving the Missing Person of Sandra Flynn Fisher - Reported Missing in 1978

Victim: Sandra Flynn Fisher of Marion County, KY.

Location: Sandra Flynn Fisher, 31 years old, of Russell Springs was reported missing in 1978. She was last seen alive on August 3, 1978 at the Russell County Fair at approximately 2200 hours. She has not been seen since that night. Foul play is suspected.

Detectives are requesting help from the community or anyone who might have information on the Missing Person of Sandra Flynn Fisher. Anyone with information can contact the case officer Lt. Eric A.
