Victim Information

Sampson Eisner, W/M of Fort Thomas, KY.

Synopsis

Victim was shot three times at his place of business. Victim had ties to underworld in Newport. Initial investigation was completed by Newport Police; KSP requested to investigate 8/17/1972.
