State Police Request Help Resolving the Murder of Mabel K. Radar - Victim was found on 11/20/1983

Victim was found shot on November 20, 1983 inside a residence on Athens-Boonesborough Road, 10 miles south of Winchester in Clark County near the Kentucky River. Case 07-83-1583

The victim was Mabel K. Radar, White Female age 47 of Winchester, Kentucky.
