From Elkhorn City, Kentucky -

Start out going East on KY-80/E KY-80/KY-80 E towards KY-197.

Turn RIGHT onto KY-80/E KY-80.

KY-80/E KY-80 becomes KY-80/E KY-80/KY-80 E.

Take the US-23 N/US-119 N/US-460 W/KY-80 W ramp.
