Hair: Sandy - Dyed Reddish Blonde
Complexion: Light
Identifying Characteristics: Pierced ears, missing upper front two teeth, both feet are turned inward, sores on arms and legs.

CASE INFORMATION:

Sandy was last seen in the early evening hours at her residence in the 10 block of Hess Hill in Jonican, KY. She has a medical condition.
