Murder Investigation Update From Post 4

Date of News Release: 12/29/2004

(Elizabethtown, KY) Kentucky State Police arrested the third suspect for the December 19, 2004 murder of Bobby Staples in Upton, KY. Roy Morgan was arrested without incident after being released from University of Louisville Hospital. Morgan received injuries from an accident while fleeing the scene of the crime
