News Release

Charles David Scholl Escaped from Blackburn Correction Complex

Date of News Release: 07/20/2005

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky State Police Frankfort is investigating an escape from Blackburn Correctional Complex in Lexington.

Charles David Scholl escaped at approximately at 1245 hours on 07/20/05. Scholl is a 32 year old white male approximately 5'11'' and 140 lbs with black hair and blue eyes. He also has a scar on his chest. He is possibly enroute to the Campbell County Area.

Scholl was serving time at Blackburn for charges of Burglary Second Degree, Persistent Felony Offender Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument Second Degree.
