Federal, State and Local Agencies work together to Protect the Commonwealth of Kentucky

(Frankfort, KY) - On Tuesday, November 22, 2005, Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE), Kentucky State Police, Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC), Shelbyville Police Department and the Grayson County Dentition executed arrest and search warrants in Shelbyville, KY.

The Eastern District of the Kentucky US Attorney's Office in Lexington issued arrest and search warrants. Five females and four males were taken in custody for unlawfully being present in the United States.

The US Attorney's Office in Lexington will release further information about this ongoing joint investigation. Immigration Customs Enforcement and other agencies are continuing the investigation.
