(Frankfort, KY) - On Wednesday, November 30, 2005, at 7:33 PM Kentucky State Police Trooper Mark Johnson initiated a traffic stop on a red Ford pickup on US 60 in Versailles, KY. The Trooper observed the vehicle weaving and suspected that the driver was operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The driver Jessie M.
