Two Escaped Blackburn Correctional Complex

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is investigating the escape of two Blackburn Correctional Complex inmates. On Saturday, December 10, 2005 at approx., 7:05 PM Glenn Phillip Bud and Willie Miller escaped. The escapees maybe traveling together and headed to Warren County.
Glenn Phillip Bud D.O.B. 01/21/81, white male, 143 pounds, 5'8", last seen with blonde hair, hazel eyes, tattoos on right shoulder, left shoulder and his back.
Willie Miller, also known as Wilson Miller, Bubba Miller D.O.B. 01/08/81 white male, 205 pounds, 6'2", last seen with blonde hair, hazel eyes, tattoos under right and left arms and on his chest.
The Kentucky State Police is asking anyone with information on the where abouts of Glen Phillip Bud or Willie Miller to contact the Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555 or your local law enforcement agency.
