Escape Felon From Blackburn Correctional Complex Captured

(Frankfort, KY) - Escapee from Blackburn Correctional Complex Jesse Fletcher has been captured in Fayetteville TN today at 3:45 am. It was the combined effort of Fayetteville PD and Lincoln County Sheriff.
