Criminal Arrest in Hopkins County

Date of News Release: 06/22/2005

(Henderson, KY.) - Larry Bratcher was suspected of stealing a utility trailer from Daviess Co. which was recovered in Ohio Co. Warrants were issued for receiving stolen property in January 2005. Subject was not located until June 2005. During the course of the investigation it was discovered that he was on the Sex Offender Registry and was not living where he had reported.

Mr. Bratcher was charged with Receiving Stolen Property O/$300, PFO 1st 2 counts, Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registry and was lodged in the Ohio County Jail
