Death Investigation of 3 Year Old Found in Pool

Date of News Release: 08/07/2005

(Henderson, KY) - On August 5, 2005 at approximately 9:00 p.m. a call was received that 3 year old Andrew Michael Dallas Wilson had wandered away from view of his foster father and entered a swimming pool where he was found submerged and unconcious. Upon paramedics arrival the 3 yr old was revived and transported to Owensboro Mercy Health Systems and later life flighted to Kosairs Childrens Hospital in Louisville. He was taken off life support and pronounced dead at 10:09 p.m. August 06, 2005. The investigation is ongoing although no foul play is suspected.
