Felony Arrest in Daviess County, KY

Date of News Release: 09/18/2005

(Henderson, KY) - The Kentucky State Police responded to a report of an assault at the Owensboro Mercy Hospital Emergency room.

Upon investigation, the victim stated that she was raped and held against her will for 3 weeks at the suspect's residence.

An arrest warrant for Larry Troutman was obtained and served. A second warrant was obtained for 2221 Arlington Parkway Blvd., Owensboro and served. Articles used to manufacture methamphetamine, a police scanner and $1015.00 cash were recovered.

Larry Troutman was charged with Manufacturing Met 1st, Unlawful Possession Of Methamphetamine Precursor, Possession Of Radio That Sends/Recieves Police Messages, Assault 2nd-Domestic, Unlawful Imprisonment, Rape 1st and lodged in the Daviess County Jail.
