3 Henderson, KY People Arrested on Drug Charges

Date of News Release: 10/17/2005

(Henderson, KY) - Detectives received a search warrant from Henderson County Attorney's Office. Inside the residence they found an active 1 step Methamphetamine Lab. Also found were 5 firearms, 8 grams of Methamphetamine and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.

Donna Jean Duncan age 43 of Henderson, KY was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st. Also arrested was John R. Linney age 42 of Henderson and charged with Manufacturing Meth 1st, Trafficking controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense, Possession of firearm by a convicted felon, Knowingly possessing anhydrous ammonia in unapproved container with intent to manufacture, Possession drug paraphernalia 1st, Possess/Use radio that sends/receives police messages. Also arrested was John R. Doom age 23 of Henderson and he was charged with Possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (meth). All three subjects were lodged in Henderson County Jail.
