Rape Investigation and Arrest in Scott County

Date of News Release: 03/12/2008

(Frankfort, KY) - The accused David Scott Feltner engaged in sexual intercourse with a juvenile under the age of fourteen. He was arrested 03/12/2008 at 6:05 PM at his residence in Georgetown, KY. He has been charged with Rape 1st and Sodomy 1st . Investigation ongoing by Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort.
