Injury Collision on St. Rose Road in Marion County

Date of News Release: 08/17/2008

(Columbia, KY) - John R. Bradshaw, age 16 of Lebanon was traveling west on St. Rose Road in a 1998 Chevy Malibu when he struck a 1990 Pontiac in the back being operated by 54 year old Jimmy Rakes of Lebanon. Mr. Rakes was stopped waiting for a 2005 Mazda tribute being operated by 52 year old Martha Reid of Loretto to turn left. Mr. Rakes vehicle then struck Ms. Reid's in the back.

Mr. Rakes was treated & released from Springview Hospital. Ms. Reid, Mr. Bradshaw, and two passengers in his vehicle, 42 year old Karen Bradshaw of Lebanon and 13 yr old Sara Bradshaw also of Lebanon were not injured. All occupants were wearing their seat belt.
