Injury DUI Collision on Sulpher Springs Road in Marion County

Date of News Release: 09/23/2008

(Columbia, KY) - Robert Fogle, age 52 of Lebanon, KY was traveling north on Sulpher Springs Road when his 1996 Nissan Maxima left the roadway and struck a tree. Mr. Fogle was not injured and was charged with DUI 2nd and Wanton Endangerment 1st. Mr. Fogle was lodged in Marion County Detention Center. Mr. Fogle's passenger (Jerry Johnson age 40 of Lebanon, KY) was not belted and was transported to the Springview Hospital by the Marion County EMS. Mr. Johnson was then transferred to the University of Louisville Hospital for a leg injury.
