Injury Collision on Lebanon Hill Road in Marion County

Date of News Release: 10/05/2008

(Columbia, KY) - Sarah Smith age 44 of Cox's Creek, KY was traveling westbound on Lebanon Hill Road and failed to stop her 2001 Ford at a stop sign at the junction of Lebanon Hill Road and KY 55. Ms. Smith's vehicle ran into the path of Earl Hood age 68 of Springfield, KY. Both subjects were belted at the time of the collision. A passenger in Mr. Hood's vehicle (Teresa Hood age 47 of Springfield) was not belted. All subjects were transported to Spring View Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
