Death Investigation in Lebanon, KY

Date of News Release: 10/12/2008

(Columbia, KY) - On 10/12/2008 Arson Investigator Alex Wesley U/1815 responded to a mobile home fire at 390 Holy Cross Road in Lebanon, KY. The fire resulted in the death of the lone resident, 45 year old Donald Mattingly who was found in the trailer after firefighters extinguished the blaze. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:45 EDT. The cause of the fire is still under investigation and an autopsy is scheduled for Monday at the Medical Examiner's office in Louisville, KY.
