Injury Collision on Todd Bridge Road in Daviess County

Date of News Release: 02/27/2008

(Henderson, KY) - Ms. Vera Sunn was traveling south on Todd Bridge Road driving a 2002 Ford Taurus, while talking on a cellular phone when she lost control of her vehicle in a curve. The vehicle dropped off the shoulder of the highway, over-correcting and crossing back over both lanes of traffic she struck a utility pole then came back on the roadway over-turning and landing in a ditch with about 3 foot of water. The driver and passenger were both taken to Owensboro Medical Health System by ambulance for minor injuries. Both passengers were treated and released.
