Cultivation of Marijuana Investigation & Arrest in Daviess County

(Henderson , KY) - During a flyover by a KSP helicopter, marijuana plants were spotted in the area May Road in Calhoun, KY. This residence was determined to belong to Victor Hester. Upon further investigation 69 marijuana plants were seized along with several items classified as drug paraphernalia. Mr. Hester was arrested and lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro, KY. Mr. Hester was charged with Cultivation of Marijuana Greater than 5 plants, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana.
