Criminal Arrests in Trigg County
Date of News Release: 08/27/2008
(Cadiz, KY) - Seven adults and three juveniles were charged between August 22nd and August 26th stemming from a complaint of shots fired at 52 Old Riley Hollow Road Trigg County, KY on August 21st, 2008. On August 21st, 2008 a female called 911 to report that individuals were firing shots outside of the residence. Upon further investigation it was revealed that two males at the residence and a number of males in a vehicle outside of the residence had exchanged in gunfire.
The following individuals were charged with wanton endangerment:Matthew K. Choate (20) of Cadiz, and James R. Boyd (20) of Cadiz, and a sixteen-year-old juvenile.
The following individuals were charged with complicity to wanton endangerment 1st degree: Casey Welch (18) of Cadiz, Henry Wharton, Jr. (18) of Cadiz, Paul Hudson (20) of Cadiz, James Wynn (20) of Cadiz, and Jacob Jessup (20) of Cadiz. A fifteen-year-old juvenile and a sixteen-year-old juvenile were also charged with complicity to wanton endangerment 1st degree. The Kentucky State Police were assisted by the Trigg County Sheriff's Office and The Cadiz Police Department. The investigation is continuing by the Kentucky State Police.
