Injury Collision on US-68 in Todd County

Date of News Release: 10/05/2008

(Madisonville, KY) - Mrs. Julie Salerno was westbound on US-68 when she left the right shoulder of the roadway. Mrs. Salerno struck a rock embankment and came to a final rest off the right shoulder of the roadway. Mrs. Salerno was extricated from the vehicle and transported by Todd County Emergency Services. Mrs. Salerno was taken to Jennie Stewart Hospital and Life Flighted to Nashville, Tennessee.
