Injury Collision on US 41A in Hopkins County
Date of News Release: 10/21/2008
(Madisonville, KY) - Chad Thomas was operating a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu on US 41A entering the limits of Manitou. It appears that Mr. Thomas fell asleep. The vehicle exited the right shoulder of the roadway and traveled into a ditch. The vehicle traveled approximately 166 feet and struck a drainage pipe. Mr. Thomas was transported by ambulance to the Regional Medical Center for treatment. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
