Injury Collision on US 431 in Muhlenberg County

Date of News Release: 10/25/2008

(Madisonville, KY) - Mr. Charles Carroll was attempting to make a left turn in the northbound lane of traffic. Mr. Glenn Johnson, who was also traveling northbound, struck the rear of Mr. Carroll's vehicle. Mr. Johnson's vehicle exited the roadway to the right shoulder and Mr. Carroll's vehicle came to final rest facing southbound in the roadway. Mr. Johnson refused treatment on the scene and Mr. Carroll was transported by Muhlenberg County EMS to Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville, KY.
