Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card Arrest in Hopkinsville, KY

(Madisonville, KY) - On November 5th, 2008, the Kentucky State Police received a complaint regarding thefts taking place at Western State Hospital. The investigation revealed that two subjects were involved in the theft of credit cards from employees of Western State Hospital. On November 13th, 2008, both Kenneth Buckner and Timothy Buckner were charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card over $100 and lodged in the Christian Co Detention Center.
