Injury Collision on Union Temple Road in Hopkins County

Date of News Release: 11/18/2008

(Madisonville, KY) - Ms. Courtney Holt was traveling northbound on Union Temple Road when for an unknown reason she exited the northbound shoulder of the roadway and entered a creek. Ms. Holt then struck the opposing embankment, coming to final rest upright in the creek. Ms. Holt was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center in a personal vehicle for treatment.
