Injury Collision on I-65 in Warren County
Date of News Release: 08/04/2008
(Bowling Green) - Phillip Becker was traveling south in the middle lane, Diana Rose Hunter was traveling south in right lane ahead of Mr. Becker's vehicle. A vehicle ahead of both units had a blow out causing pieces of tire to litter the interstate. The vehicle pulled to the emergency strip, Ms. Hunter slowed her vehicle and moved to the middle lane and Mr. Becker failed to see Ms. Hunter's vehicle slowing. Mr. Becker's vehicle struck the rear of Ms. Hunter's vehicle, Mr. Becker then fell from his motorcycle and suffered numerous injuries after impacting the pavement. Mr. Becker to the Medical Center in Bowling Green for the treatment of his injuries. Ms. Hunter was not injured.
