Fatal Collision on US 62 in Hardin County

Date of News Release: 05/06/2008

(Elizabethtown, KY) - William R. Bewley was operating a 1978 Chevrolet truck, and was traveling westbound on US62 in a curve when it ran off the right shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Bewley overcorrected running off the left shoulder causing the vehicle to overturn. Mr. Bewley was ejected from the vehicle and air lifted to Hardin Memorial Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
