Fatal ATV Collision on State Highway 194 E in Stopover, KY

Date of News Release: 07/06/2008

(Pikeville, KY)- On July 5th, Jonathan Justice was operating an ATV on State Highway 194 E when he lost control in a curve, struck the guardrail and was thrown from the vehicle. Mr. Justice was not wearing a helmet. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Pike County Coroner Ernie Casebolt. The collision is still under investigation by Trooper Randall Coots.
