Cruelty to Animals 2nd Investigation & Arrest in Pike County

Date of News Release: 07/10/2008

(Pikeville, KY) - Rodney Moore was arrested 7/10/2008 after an investigation where he allegedly poisoned domesticated animals in his neighborhood. Mr. Moore was lodged in the Pike County Detention Center and charged with Cruelty to Animals 2nd 8 Counts and Disposal and Storage of Pesticides Not Used In Accordance With Label or of Restricted Pesticides. Case is still under investigation by Trooper Merlo.
