Kentucky State Police Seeks To Hire Driver Testing Administrators
Accepting applications for six new career opportunities in Bardstown
BARDSTOWN, Ky. (July 7, 2026) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is accepting applications for new career opportunities in the Nelson County area. The KSP Drivers Testing Branch seeks to fill six Driver Testing Administrator I positions. Interested Kentuckians are encouraged to apply by visiting here.
The new administrators will report to the Bardstown Regional Driver’s License Office, located at 201 Guthrie Drive, Suite C, in Bardstown, Ky., which will soon begin to offer driver testing services. KSP Driver Testing Capt. Chris Baker feels this personnel expansion will better serve the citizens of our commonwealth.
“The Kentucky State Police is dedicated to helping keep our roads safe by providing comprehensive testing opportunities throughout the state,” Capt. Baker said. “The Driver Testing Branch is in search of Kentuckians who strive to continuously make highways safer by ensuring only the most qualified applicants obtain their license to operate a vehicle on the road.”
The six new Driver Testing Administrator I positions are full-time and include comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid state holidays, sick and annual leave, retirement and more.
Applications for the six positions are now open and will remain open until July 13, 2026.
