Kentucky State Police Post 1 Investigating Fatal Collision in Hickman County
CLINTON, Ky. (October 8, 2026) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 1 troopers are investigating a collision that occurred on Highway 58 in Hickman County on September 30, 2026 that claimed the life of a Hickman County man.
On September 30th, just after 1:00pm CT, Lonnie Jackson, 75 years old of Clinton, Ky. was operating a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado and began pulling out of a driveway in the 3000 block of KY-58. At the same time, Savana Redwine, 23 years old of Clinton, Ky. was operating a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee eastbound on KY-58 with an infant passenger. Mr. Jackson’s vehicle entered the roadway in the path of Mrs. Redwine’s vehicle and the Jeep Grand Cherokee collided with the driver’s side of the Chevrolet Silverado. Mr. Jackson was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene. No injuries were reported by Mrs. Redwine or her infant passenger.
The investigation remains ongoing by Trooper Casey Hamby.
