Kentucky State Police Charges Four Individuals with Theft from Livingston County Business

GRAND RIVERS, Ky. (December 5, 2025) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 1 troopers have charged four individuals related to a theft of over $3,000 of items from Lighthouse Landing, ultimately costing the business approximately $16,000 in damages. 

On Monday, November 24th, KSP Post 1 received a call from employees of Lighthouse Landing, reporting a theft of over $3,000 worth of items from two of their rooms, including TVs and other valuable items. The resulting damage to the rooms, need for deep cleaning, and inability to rent the rooms out until they could be resupplied resulted in an estimated loss of $16,000 to the business. 

Trooper Landon Stewart conducted a thorough investigation, leading to a location in Hopkinsville, Ky. A search warrant was conducted at the location in Hopkinsville where much of the stolen property was recovered. Through the investigation, four individuals were charged in connection to the crime.

Kelly Willis, 36 years old of Princeton, was charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking $1,000-$10,000 and Forgery, 2nd Degree. Devin Puckett, 32 years old of Cadiz, Kaitlin Atwell, 27 years old of Hopkinsville, and Kameron Serrano, 20 years old of Hopkinsville, were each charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking $1,000-$10,000.

Theft By Unlawful Taking $1,000-$10,000 and Forgery 2nd Degree are both categorized as Class D Felonies. All four individuals charged in connection to this crime are convicted felons for past crimes as well. 

The investigation remains ongoing by Trooper Stewart.
